Mini (Ages 7-12)

This dynamic group is for kids ages 7-12 with little or no wrestling experience. The focus here is basic wrestling skills and physical conditioning. A typical practice might include warm up games, stretching and conditioning, skills and drills, and one-on-one tournament style games. Team work, hard work, and appreciation of sport are all part of the Cowboys practices. Fun, action packed, and intense!

Try Us Out!

The Mini wrestlers meet for 2 hours per week for training tailored for their age group. You will definitely sleep well after a Cowboys workout!

Thursday: 4:30pm – 6:00pm

Sunday: 2:45pm – 4:15pm
